Thank you for reaching out. Unfortunately we did have a minor outage of our 
license verification server yesterday. Our upstream provider migrated a 
database to a new host, but our application was not designed to handle this 
type of transition. Once we were alerted of the issue, we made the required 
manual changes, but we are also engineering efforts to make the app respond 
gracefully to this type of transition in the future.

I'm really sorry for the inconvenience. The issue should now be resolved.
