Since thats not any normal provisioner, you can just use a shell script
that does that
#!/bin/bash
COUNT=0
while ${count} -lt 3 ]; then
do
let COUNT=${COUNT}+1
<magic goes here>
if [ $? -eq 0 ] ; then
break
fi
done
Something like that, not sure if the code is correct, but should give you
an idea.
