I expect eth1 (the host only interface) to be assigned a *single* ip of 
172.17.8.XXX.  In this case, it is being assigned two IP's - 172.17.8.XXX 
and 192.168.56.XXX.  The 2nd one appears to be getting assigned 
dynamically, but should not be.
