Iam running this on Ubuntu 16.04 machine, to use vagrant with scrapy. The book's installation guide was: 1- install vagrant 64 version 1.9.1. 2- clone to the book' folder then run vagrant up --no-parallel.
Unfortunately, this command always cause an error the last error number was 104.
