Since you can access the site on your mobile device by the IP address this 
is a DNS lookup issue. You'll need to edit the hosts file on your mobile 
device with 192.168.43.36  newproject.com just like you did on your Windows 
machine. How to do that will depend on what OS you're using and whether you 
can get either root or sudo access.
