Hello is the VM a windows OS?
The message is this: ==> default: Configuring secondary network adapters through VMware on Windows is not yet supported. ==> default: You will need to manually configure the network adapter. The idea is to tell windows os users that Vagrant will create the network interface, but won't try to configure it with static info if present.
