Hi,

Description of my system:
Host OS: Fedora 27 Workstation
Vagrant Version: 2.0.2
Vmware Workstation: 14.1.1 build-7528167
Plugins installed:
vagrant-share 1.1.9
vagrant-vmware-workstation 5.0.4

Issue observed:
When running vagrant up, if I do not have the vmware gui running, the
vagrant up command will timeout.

Output of vagrant up --debug when vmware gui is not running can be found
here:
https://gist.github.com/markjfletcher/deb225482ab708b89d94ebdd5b9bd73d

Steps to reproduce:

mkdir p64
cd p64
vagrant init -m hashicorp/precise64

vagrant up

# vagrant up will timeout
# start vmware gui

vagrant halt && vagrant destroy

vagrant up

# vagrant up will complete as normal

Please let me know if you require more information.
