I am using a brand new installation of Vagrant 2.0.2 running on Windows 10
Professional with VirtualBox 5.2.8. I ran the command
vagrant init precise64
without apparent problems and then tried to run
vagrant up
but got the following results:

Couldn't open file
/D:/GitRepositories/WiseOldBird/Admin/VagrantLearn/precise64
I tried this both as a normal user and an administrator without success. i
am able to create files and directories in this directory without problems
using File Explorer or the command line. How can I troubleshoot this
problem?
