I am using a PC (not MAC) to install Vagrant. I'm following someone else's
walkthrough on Youtube and I'm hitting a wall where the Youtuber isn't
probably because he already had this setup on his machine.
This is the response I'm getting...

I ran >provision status and it says both my VM's are currently running. So
I'm not sure it keeps failing.
