I am setting up a dev environment for Craft CMS. In Craft the folder
structure has a couple of files in the public html server folder. It alkso
has a lot of PHP files outside the public_html folder. THe request comes in
to the public_html/index.html amd then all the execution happens in the
folders outside the public folder. Basic directory structure:

/Home
---Craft - All the craft php files
---public_html - the public facing files.
   |- index.html

My vagrant file has the following:
    config.vm.synced_folder "c:/dev/home/", "/var/www", :mount_options =>
["dmode=777", "fmode=666"]

That does not work.

I also tried:
    config.vm.synced_folder "c:/dev/home/public_html/", "/var/www",
:mount_options => ["dmode=777", "fmode=666"]

Bottom line...I am confused by how to sync folders to get my
home/public_html/index.html to be served but also have my craft project
files available.
