Many thanks for your feedback.
I have followed below step now :
1. halted ( *vagrant halt ) *the vm. Edited the Vagrantfile as advised(
kept the core section by default). i,e :
* config.vm.provider "virtualbox" do |vb|*
* # # Display the VirtualBox GUI when booting the machine*
* # vb.gui = true*
* #*
* # # Customize the amount of memory on the VM:*
* vb.memory = "4096"*
* # vb.cpus = 4*
* end*
2. Start the vm (
*vagrant up <vm_name>). *3. Logged into the vm and checked the memory,
Below is the output, where memory is showing but it's not reflecting
assigned 4GB memory.
*vagrant@db:~$ free -m*
* total used free shared buff/cache
available*
*Mem: 992 50 576 3 365
788*
*Swap: 0 0 0 - -
-*
Thanks
