Hello, Doesn't a vagrant issue, seems more a VirtualBox issue
try to open VirtualBox manually and do that operation, create/update networking last moajve update did push new security stuff, so won't be surprised few things stop working. worst case scenario I would try to reinstall/upgrade VirtualBox.
