Hello All,

I've a fresh install of Fedora 29 where vagrant with the vmware-desktop
plugin isn't working.

System Details:

* Host: Fedora 29
* VMware® Workstation 15.0.2 Pro
* Vagrant 2.2.3
* vagrant-vmware-desktop (2.0.3, global)
* vagrant-vmware-utility_1.0.7_linux_amd64

I can't get `vagrant up --provider=vmware_workstation` to work. Error:

Vagrant encountered an unexpected communications error with the
> Vagrant VMware Utility driver. Please try to run the command
> again. If this error persists, please contact [email protected]>
>

I keep getting this in the vagrant-vmware-utility logs:

2019/01/30 21:47:24 http: TLS handshake error from 127.0.0.1:52566: remote
error: tls: unknown certificate authority

I opened a case with support 3 days ago, but I wasn't sure if anyone else
is seeing this same problem (google turns up nothing useful). Any help
would be appreciated.

Thanks,
Will
