Yes, if you want to add more guests you can do so like:
Vagrant.configure("2") do |config|
config.vm.provision "shell", inline: "echo Hello"
config.vm.define "centos" do |g|
g.vm.box = "bento/centos-7.2"
end
config.vm.define "ubuntu" do |g|
g.vm.box = "bento/ubuntu-18.04"
end
# Keep going....
end
And so on...
