Double-check my syntax, it could be a small p instead of a big P. But if that's not the issue, my guess is, you have a 2222 stored in a hosts file. Check \Windows\system32\devices\
for a file named host. Could there be a record in there with the name 2222 that points to 0.0.8.174? I think it's the small p vs big P.
