It seems that your developer used PuPHPet. https://puphpet.com/ 
<https://puphpet.com/>

You can modify the file if you’re comfortable. However, if you’re not, you can 
go to their website and generate a new configuration; which might be easier.

I’m not super familiar with PuPHPet, as I’ve never actually used it.
