I just posted a similar question to StackOverflow. Feel free to answer there if you'd like additional rep.
I've got a vagrant SMB share setup between windows-windows machines. Inside my virtual machine, I can access my website files from C:\vagrant\FileShare\site1 and read/write/modify any file or folder from host or guest *successfully.* However, when I try setup a site in IIS and link to my share URI I get permission errors from IIS. <https://i.stack.imgur.com/kASZ2.png> Has anyone managed to setup an IIS site through a vagrant share before? If so, could they please document how it was done? I've been stuck on this for a few days now.
