Rock,

You may have trouble getting this to work on Windows Server 2012. Vagrant
will work better on a more modern version of Windows and especially on
desktop / Windows 10 although I don't see why it wouldn't work on Windows
Server 2016 or 2019. I don't think I've heard of anyone running it on
Windows 2012 as a desktop OS.
