I'm not sure that a second group is needed, so much as we need to re-orient
this one.  Frankly, it seems there's barely enough time and resource to keep
this group going ... diving that into to groups isn't going to make it any
better.  It'd be great to have more people doing presentations on a wider
variety of topics, especially less technical ones.
