It looks like a Windows virus was copied to the filesystem via TikiWiki, probably as an attachment to a wiki page, or something. This is a common problem for wikis, I think. I've not seen any indication that the system has been compromised any further than this (although that certainly doesn't mean that it hasn't). I assume the files in question sit in a directory that is writable by the web site user? If that is the case, this sort of thing can only be expected. The system is acting as designed.
