Yup.  I have a ~/…/passwords-and-keys.gpg that – when opened – emacs will
prompt me for the password for (see mc-gpg-file-mode) if I need to add,
revise or simply refresh my memory about what my password is for a given
service.

Of course, the Firefox password store is another critical component.
