I have an extra pc here that I can get sipX running on.  The NAT
traversal features in sipX are new and in the unstable branch, but I
think they're worth a shot at this point.  This would allow remote
participants to register their phone with the server.  I'll give it a
shot this week and next weekend and see if I can come up with
something usable before the meeting on Tuesday.   sipX has
conferencing support, but not video conference support, as far as I
know
