I should mention that this article is a mile long and seems to
contradict my assertion of ease. There are, however, only for or five
commands you need to run, at the end of the day, over and above what's
otherwise required to check and mount a disk. ("enumerate RAID members",
"activate RAID devices", "enumerate LVM configuration", "activate LVs".)
