I guess I was just wondering if there's an easier way. > I believe that *is* the easy way :) There will likely be some process (i.e. an email sent in response to the unsubscribe request) that will contain a link or that you simply respond to, but the initial request at least will need to com "From" the email that you want to unsubscribe, barring list administrator intervention.
