Dear Josh,

BOSIvt.org is planning an event in a similar vein for July 17th.

That said I have placed the following note for moderation on Julie's Blog:

Would there be room for open source discussion and instruction? Of particular interest might be fundamental stuff like LAMP setup, configuration / version control, DNS rewrite rules, etc. I just spent a semester teaching "Advanced Programming for the Unix Environment" at Champlain College, we should plan something.

I will keep the board informed of the activity for next month in Barre.

Regards,

Flint

Subject: VT Code Camp: Sep 12

http://thedatafarm.com/blog/vtdotnetfeed/vermont-code-camp-sept-12th-yay/

Good news ... an instance of Code Camp seems to be coming to
UVM/Burlington late this summer. I'm hoping to maybe present something
on the java/python side of the world, or maybe learn about cool language
features in C#/.NET. If I get more details, I'll be sure to pass them
along, and if you're interested in attending/helping, you should get in
touch with Julie or the other organizers.
