I believe point two was recycle and burning plastic, I believe, is the
opposite of that. As for data recovery you could build a simple electro
magnate and just let it sit on them for a bit. I don't know if that would
fit the 100% requirement but honestly if you want them to be usable after I
don't think you could find that kind of guarantee. -Alex
