I think this link is a little out of date, since it recommends creating
a DSA-1024 key. We will be creating 2048-bit RSA keys, potentially
replacing old DSA-1024 keys.

Once someone manages to get GnuPG installed on their Windows box, or any
operating system, the rest of our notes should work fine.

Chris, if you have Windows handy, why don't you follow along and create
a dummy key (using the --homedir option) and chime if there are any
potential gotchas for Windows users.
