I too tried Turnkey, and the only way I got it to work was off the live cd.
  Although I thought it really cool that I could run a full authentication
system from a CD.

While I have not had time to spend with it, my next step with turnkey would
be to see If I could get scriptstart to work with it:

compatible with future versions of Windows.  I was really hoping that the
