what really happened or not, I don't know. I was being cheeky.

The announcement was made, clearly. What effect it had, I don't know. It's a move in the right direction for sure, but perhaps just a small move.

Does anybody know if the State's taking a closer look at the OS options for it's contracts?

Secretary of Administration:
