Qualifications/Requirements:
Minimum of 3 years Experience, BS in Computer Science or Equivalent.
Preferred Qualifications:
Apple Product experience or service experience strongly preferred. Self
motivated, organized, creative, and able to collaborate with a variety
of technical levels and personality types.
Basic Function:
To work with the IT Department on specific projects to improve our
internal and external customer experience.
Preferred Skill Set:
-Comfortable in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- Ability to target multiple browsers & ensure standards compliance
- Proficient in PHP & MySQL and development of database-backed web
applications
- Experience with Apache deployment
- Compiling and configuring unix software
- Comfortable in Unix CLI, OS X, BSD, and Linux
-Experience with Git/Subversion version control
-Comfortable with integrating multiple systems of various platforms.
-4D Programming experience
-Mobile Development
Principal Responsibilities:
Will work closely with the IT department and collaborate with all
departments within our organization to properly execute development
projects. Projects may include website development and design
implementation, integration of tools and services from multiple vendors,
database integration, and automation of internal processes. Must be able
to work closely with a Project Manager to develop the scope of each
project and then be able to independently make it happen while keeping
open lines of communication.
Essential Physical Requirements:
-Must live in or be willing to relocate to central Vermont.
