Greetings List Lurkers,
The reason that 10.4 runs very slow on 256M machines is that little
memory grubbing geeks came and shorted the box to 128 Megs... I will be
getting a spec out for some old style Dell memory chips... if anybody has
any castoffs we could use them at the swim!
Despite these and other moral setbacks, the Swim is on for today. Again,
hopefully, we are gonna work more on our internal infrastructure, which is
really in grim shape, and less on folk's hardware...
Except of course on Big Blue's mothers laptop if he shows...
