Flint;

Dell's latitude line has used the same power supply for the last 5 years.
 Current and physical package have varied, but a 5 year old 90 watt Dell
Power Supply from a latitude E6400 fits a brand new e6440.

I'm sure the group that donated those laptops generally let's staff keep
their old working power supplies as home or travel power supplies.  There
is a ~600 day MTBF on physical failure (frayed ends, children chewing on
them).
