I like the one you found! I have the previous model of that device that
didn't include PoE. Works great.

antenna, more RAM/CPU, and a USB port. Not sure if I need those things
in my little home environment, but maybe the USB port will at least be
useful for setting up a shared network drive(? it looks like this can be
done via Samba?), and for an extra $15, why not?
