Dear Anthony,
As much as I admire you, I want you to know that despite our shared
Tiddly-Wiki compulsion, I will still admire and respect you, particularly
if you reach out and seek help as you so clearly have in your note below.
I firmly believe that Tiddly-Wikis can be cured, possibly in our
lifetime...
Now as to how we are going to somehow manage the self modifying
Java-Script containers and their consequences... I believe that we should
track down patient zero, Jeremy Ruston, as a first action item. The next
action item would be to ask yourself "Why the hell are other people so
damn smart?"
Regarding the current manifestation of your affliction, I would point out
that both node.js and Tiddly-Wikis are borne from Java Script, and further
be aware that Tiddlys like Influenza have mutated into may strains, so one
approach might be to try the variations. If you (and possily other
consenting adults ;^) are into that kind of thing.
Another approach might be that since Tiddles are so damn modular, you
could programatically take them apart and put them together in a new and
strange way in order to satisfy your own sick and twisted goals and
desires. Let your conscience be your guide - but seek the advice of
clergy, preferably in the confidence and sanctity of a Roman Catholic
Confessional...
My final action item would be to humbly propose that we form a Northern
Vermont chapter of "Tiddlers Anonymous Vermont Education and Research
Network" (TAVERN) possibly under the auspices of the Vermont Coders
Connection or somesuch organization. With group therapy and proper
medication... I am confident that we can help.
Yours in affliction with...
Kindest Regards,
Flint

We still need to convert... Yea buddy...
Tiddlywiki 5 (I think) works fine in my browsers, but when I try to run
from node.js, I have a strange issue. Basically, I can't open tiddlers
or use the menus when I have a tiddler or tiddlers that don't fit on one
screen (as soon as you have to scroll, menus don't work). This happens
in both firefox and chromium. It seems like this would be a big bug, but
iirc I couldn't find anything about it in the bug reports or anywhere
else. I haven't submitted one yet myself. Any words? At first I thought
I just didn't understand the interface, but I tried w/o node, and all is
fine. FYI, same trouble under Arch or Debian, but it all comes from npm,
so that shouldn't be an issue. Let me know if I'm crazy.
