Thank you for continuing to print the notice of the Barre Open Systems
Institute "Adult Swim" in your calendar section. This is a great help to
our organization.
Yesterday afternoon, I stopped by the office to pay my subscription to the
Times Argus. I talked with the excellent fellow at the front desk, about
the curtailment of the print edition starting next month. As my wife is a
great fan of the daily crossword puzzle, we discussed the idea of having
the crossword puzzle print on a local printer here at our house. Under
the Ubuntu Linux operating system, this would become a daily "cron" job.
That said, I have no doubt that there are likely to be Digital Rights
Management (DRM) and other barriers to carrying out this simple expedient.
So in beginning to implement this plan to print the crossword puzzle, this
morning I went to the Times Argus Crossword drop-down on the "Features"
drop-down off of the Times Argus Home page (http://www.timesargus.com/),
selected "Crossword" and received the following "404" error:

Notes; This system error message indicated that the host system I was
connecting to was running nginx/1.4.6 (Ubuntu). Further, the Sudoko link
from the "Features" drop-down worked fine, so I do not believe it could
have been an error on my side.
So, as a subscriber, and in the interests of keeping domestic tranquility,
I would humbly ask that we come together and discuss how I can download
and print the daily crossword from the newspaper to which my family
subscribes. I am of the opinion that accomplishing this and distributing
the method may be a great benefit for the Times Argus enterprise.
