Can we rehash the reasons why we (the US? VT? Small Biz in VT?) are not ready 
for Linux or open source?  C'mon we haven't gone over this for a while and 
thing have changed right?

I for one am doing my bit: biggest city in VT is running Drupal for their main 
website.  That's a start of sorts.
