Greetings List Lurkers,
I hope everyone had fun last meeting I may make "Patch Cord Day" a regular
event. I have a whole different computer problem myself, The Engine
Control Module (ECM) appears to have failed in my 2009 Nissan Xterra.
The dealer wants $1600.00 to even attempt to replace this gizmo...
You would think that Nissan could give me some support in replacing this
module? My research indicates that this is a known Issue with 2008-20012
Xterras...
OK, I live in Vermont I should drive a Subaru Forester...
Any way tonight we hope to continue to expand TechnoRubble. I would like
to recruit some of the homeless teach them how to solder and hack, and
then recruit them as Bashists... To Swell the Ranks of the Demented... It
is still a plan... and we put Shawn in charge of this...
Anybody interested in Digital Arts & Crafts? God knows I am sick of car
repair.
Currently that is what I am all about...
Additionally, we gotta do more Pi and Arduino stuff, most fun...
Once again, we look forward to the gorgeous Kevin Cole, who may put up
his hood and attempt to call in from Hac DC some time this evening - I can
at least hope. I fear that it all depends on the gods of bandwidth...
That said... Neither rain nor snow... nor the gloom of gunmetal grey
skies...
Show up at Hedding UMC if you have questions or are interested in Linux, good
pizza or the concept of free and open systems. Again, we are in the basement
of the Hedding UMC facility which we like pretty well.
If you wish to be included on the "Linux_adult_swim" mailing list, send a
response to this note, or contact me.
Thanks and...
Kindest Regards,
