Am I missing something? Is there a way to compile something in Vala
without depending on GLib? I thought that was kind of the point of
Vala.
Honestly, it'd probably be more useful if bindings used well-known and
used types in Vala wherever they exist, so that one can use a GLib.Pid
anywhere a pid_t is expected. Just my 2ยข.
