Unfortunately the names don't match, which is necessary for vala to work
properly. In Debian systems, the packages are called like SDL_gfx, SDL_image
etc., while the vala packages are called sdl-gfx, sdl-image, etc. and if
upstream provides just sdl package, that does not match either.
