With valac version 0.12.0 on Linux both 'fail.no' and 'ok' behave the

Are you running an old version? Or a very new version with a
regression? (If so, log a bug.)
I have tried 0.13.x and 0.14, but I did not try any 0.12.x version. So
probably it is a regression.
I am going to log a bug.
