continue can be used when a switch statement is embedded inside a loop.

Doesn't work in Vala, however.

I'm not advocating for switch-case fallthrough, but C# was able to provide it 
without reserving another keyword.

It didn't work as in C, so I wrote that special code in C and the rest in 
Vala. 

In stead of forbidding case fallthrough all together, I believe a good 
compromise would be to implement a new keyword, nobreak, solely for this
purpose. 

Any ideas?
