I use Firefox-2.0.0.X and OpenOffice as test cases. Firefox is easy to build from source, but does memory recycling so you will need to annotate one part of it with client requests. OpenOffice is hard to build from source (depends on who you ask) so I just use the one supplied with my distro. J
