Does suppressing also tells valgrind not to count the leaks ? I do not want 
only to suppress messages from output but also not to perform memory checks on 
the specified library calls. Moreover I cannot predict what the leaks would 
be. So the resolution is to avoid redirects for some library calls. Any ideas 
?
