I assume so. It looks like valgrind is available on Debian ARM 
(http://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=569620). However I haven't 
any experience with it, and won't be able to help further.

This works for me. Looks like a DNS problem (nothing to do with valgrind) 
which you need to discuss with your system admin or network provider.

I do see code for armv7 in the configure script, but the documentation looks 
aged. You'll probably need to look back over some of the history of the 
valgrind-devel mailing list, and do a reasonable amount of work to get to what 
you want.
