Hi Steve,

Perhaps the default value of 2 for "--separate-recs" should be changed, such 
that
by default, no such suffixes are generated at all.

Parens are only part of the symbol names for C++. So adding parens could be 
confusing
for users with C code.

This is odd. AFAIK, memset does not call any other function, or? It could be
a problem with bad-quality debug information, or a bug with getting the adress 
ranges
of the code for a function.
