Hi
     I download the source code , and I build arm32 version. That is some 
different with 3.12.
     There is onequestion:

      Question:
     I build the android -arm32  version, that is some compile error . I need 
to sure there is no need to include this file?

It is hard to help you without any specific error shown.
If this is indeed a network configuration, there is a git mirror of Valgrind 
accessible over http or https.
