There are some meaningless whitespace changes, some meaningless explicit directive changes (we already run tier 1 with --enable-preview in tier 3), redundant nukes of `@build jdk.test.lib.util.ModuleInfoWriter`, and leftover diff from `initialization` lint removal in test libs.
