My Client is Looking for land aproxy. 400,000 sqf up to 600,000 sqft for
Foodstuff manufacturing and processing of Pulses and Spices,
They have staff of 600 labours working in factoy and almost 25 Pick up for
delivering there goods alog with 12 trailers for transportation
of containers from port to factory...
*Required permissions withing the property*
1. Land measuring 400,000 sqft to 600,000 sqft
2. Permission to built labour accomodation for 700 labours and office staff.
3. Service station for pick up and trailers
4. Electricty for running processing plantsabout 4,000 Kva
5. Permission from all concerning dept to allowconstruction of foodstuff
processing factory.
