He will transfer the 825,000 credit to your apartment and will expect in return (from the owner) Dhs. 650,000 in cash. So if you are committed to your payment plan, make a profit of 175,000 by receiving 825,000 and paying 650,000 only. As simple as that. This will be done through the developer and will be subject to their approval upon receiving your projet details. An MOU will be signed between both parties.
