Dear Friends,

 

My client has Dhs. 825,000 of pending credit with emaar and is looking forward 
to transfer it to any other appartment that is still under construction (i.e. 
with a payment plan that has more than 900,000 of pending payments - like 
claren 2, boulevard, marina mall apartments ...etc). 
 
He will transfer the 825,000 credit to your apartment and will expect in return 
(from the owner) Dhs. 650,000 in cash. 
 
So if you are committed to your payment plan, make a profit of 175,000 by 
receiving 825,000 and paying 650,000 only. 
 
As simple as that. 
 
This will be done through the developer and will be subject to their approval 
upon receiving your projet details. 
 
An MOU will be signed between both parties. There's no commission from our side.
