Even I didn't read Jaya's liking for fitness & running...My running was durign school-college days....now its just behind my kids...But i do like walking/hiking...I am not a fitness freak...but love outdoors & fresh air....so try to brisk walk every morning for 20-30 minutes...used to jump rope(skipping) last year but getting older & lethargic so stopped skipping...
